Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients

4-6 large baked potatoes, cooled, peeled and diced
1 stick Roberts Butter
1/2 cup flour
6-8 cups Roberts Milk
1 carton (16 ounce) Roberts Sour Cream
1 package ( 8 ounc) shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (3-5 ounces) real bacon bits
1 bunch green onions chopped
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Preparation

In large pot melt butter, add flour until combined. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Add milk one cup at a time until mixture comes to a boil between each addition. With desired consistency, add sour cream and cheese, stirring until combined and melted. Add bacon, potatoes and salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Garnish with green onions; serve with biscuits!
