Ingredients

4 ounces crumbled Blue cheese
2 cups Roberts Sour Cream

Preparation

Mix Blue cheese and one-fourth of sour cream in blender until smooth; fold in remaining sour cream by hand. Use as a spread for crackers or canapes or as a filling for celery sticks.

Yield: 2 1/2 to 3 cups
