Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
2 cups Roberts Milk
2 T melted Roberts Butter
1 cup flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t sugar

Preparation

Combine eggs, milk and butter and beat well. Add dry ingredients gradually, beating constantly during addition. Pour 3 TBSP batter onto hot griddle for each cake and bake til top is bubbly and edges look cooked. Turn and cook til remaining side is brown. Fill with jelly, preserves or fruit, roll and dust with powdered sugar. Or serve plain and offer maple syrup.
